Welcome to the first annual MetalHead Year End List for 2018! First things first, this is NOT a list of the best metal albums of the year. Neither is it a complete or comprehensive list. Instead, this is simply a collection of some of my favorite metal albums that were released over the past twelve months. If your favorite release didn’t make this list, that doesn’t mean I didn’t like it. I’m certain there are very worthy albums that I haven’t heard, or simply forgot as I was compiling my list. You’ll also notice that I included two of my own releases from my label, Atomic Zombie Records, at the end of the list.
